The 2016 Waterbury Community Youth Resource Guide was produced as a collaborative effort between United Way of CT 2-1-1 and the Bridge to Success Partnership. The guide is not intended to replace 2-1-1 information, or to be a comprehensive listing of child and youth programs in Waterbury.
